· Professional Cleaning Services.

Engagement with the services mentioned above requires prior agreement after thoroughly understanding the landlord's necessities.

Tenants

Houseroom is dedicated to aiding tenants in their housing search. The specialized services for tenants encompass:

· A meticulous Housing Search tailored to client preferences.

· An option for Priority Listing at a fee of DKK 750 for expedited service.

· Guidance during Lease Facilitation to ensure clarity before commitment.

Upon concluding a housing agreement, a fee equivalent to one month's rent is charged. It's pertinent to note that while Houseroom exerts every effort to facilitate a favorable outcome, external variables such as market fluctuations and budgetary restrictions might introduce challenges. Though a perfect match cannot always be assured, Houseroom's commitment to excellence remains unwavering.

Interaction with Houseroom entails consent from clients regarding Houseroom's collection, transfer, storage, and use of their personal data. Accuracy in the provided personal data is imperative, and any security concerns must be promptly addressed to Houseroom.

Clients engaging with Houseroom grant permission for their data and content to be displayed across various platforms, enhancing housing search visibility. This distribution spans:

· Affiliated websites and platforms of Houseroom.

· Social media channels, including specific Facebook groups/pages and Instagram.

· Traditional media outlets like newspapers.

· Non-aligned websites within Houseroom's advertising network.

Prior to service engagement, Houseroom guarantees pricing transparency. All associated service charges are clearly delineated in advance. Clients will be acquainted with the definitive price and payment method before service acquisition, safeguarding them from unforeseen charges.

Our commission fees are shown excl. moms, keep in mind that you will need to add 25% on top as a moms tax.
