The duration varies based on market dynamics and individual preferences. However, most clients find a suitable property within 2-4 weeks of active search.

When renting an apartment in Copenhagen, plan for the following costs:

1. A three-month deposit, refundable at the end of your lease upon satisfactory inspection.
2. The initial month's rent. In some cases, landlords or property owners may require three months' rent, in accordance with Danish law.
3. Agency fees, which equate to one month's rent + 25% Moms.
